He has made numerous presentations to the community and to health care providers, sharing his expertise on all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
Dr. Best attended Elon College and Bowman Gray School of Medicine. His internship and residency were completed at Charlotte Memorial Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Best performed his plastic surgery residency at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Lynn received extensive hands-on training alongside Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons and has built a distinguished career specializing in advanced laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical anti-aging treatments. Her expertise spans multiple laser platforms and technologies, allowing her to customize treatment plans based on each patient's unique skin type, concerns, and aesthetic goals.
As the former owner of a successful Med Spa practice in Greensboro, North Carolina, Lynn developed treatment protocols, introduced advanced laser techniques, and trained physicians, nurses, and aestheticians on advanced skin rejuvenation treatments. Her passion for continuing education and commitment to clinical excellence ensure patients receive safe, effective treatments using the latest technology and evidence-based techniques that provide long lasting results.
